About the Role We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Specialist who is passionate about social media and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who understands platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok, and can independently plan, shoot, and produce engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.You'll play a key role in building our brand presence through high-quality, trend-driven content, while also being comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences through livestreams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute social media strategies across Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTokCreate engaging short-form video content, including room tours and lifestyle storytellingManage end-to-end content production: ideation, shooting, editing, and publishingAppear on camera for video content and participate in livestreams to engage audiencesDevelop and launch marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversionsAnalyze content performance and optimize based on data insightsStay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and student housing market insightsQualificationsBilingual in English and ChineseStrong understanding of Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok trends and algorithmsProven skills in content creation, video shooting, and editing (editing is required)Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut ProComfortable and confident appearing on camera and hosting or participating in livestreamsCreative, proactive, and able to execute ideas independentlyBasic understanding of digital marketing and campaign planningBackground in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferredNice to HaveExperience in real estate, student housing, or lifestyle contentExperience managing or growing social media accounts
