Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly technical Technical Analyst to support mobile application monitoring, analytics, and platform engineering initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of native mobile development, observability, and automation, and will play a key role in scaling monitoring capabilities across a large enterprise environment.This individual will act as a subject matter expert for mobile applications, while contributing to tooling, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application SupportServe as a technical resource for iOS and Android applicationsSupport SDK integrations and provide implementation guidancePartner with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and analyze app behaviorAssist with event tracking, validation, and data captureSupport onboarding and ensure application stability and performanceContribute to incident analysis using monitoring toolsEngineering, Automation & ToolingBuild automation scripts and internal tools to reduce manual effortDevelop and maintain API integrations across systemsSupport dashboard development for application performance visibilityEnable self-service capabilities through tooling and automationPlatform ImplementationSupport rollout of monitoring solutions across applicationsAssist with JavaScript tagging and front-end implementationsWork across native, web, and hybrid environmentsInnovation & ImprovementContribute to prototyping and new solution developmentLeverage AI-assisted tools to improve workflowsCollaborate to enhance team capabilitiesRequired Qualifications3-5 years in mobile development or platform engineeringExperience with iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin)Strong understanding of mobile architecture, SDK integrations, and performance troubleshootingExperience with scripting/automation (Python, shell)Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data handlingStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferredExperience with monitoring/analytics toolsFamiliarity with dashboards and visualization toolsExposure to hybrid mobile appsExperience in enterprise or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD and developer workflows
