Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer / Test Engineer - ManufacturingJob Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid - 3 Days [Tue, Wed, Thu] )Pay Rate: $36 - $46.58 / hour on W2 onlyJob Type: Contract 6 months with possible extensions or C2HJob Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer / Test Engineer to support product validation and testing activities for new and existing product features. This role focuses on developing and improving test protocols, analyzing data, and ensuring testing processes meet quality and performance standards.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with statistical tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in testing and validation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain test protocols for new product featuresExecute product validation and testing activitiesAnalyze test data using statistical tools and generate performance reportsEvaluate and improve existing test methods and proceduresCreate and maintain testing documentation, including data capture forms and digital requestsCompile and report testing status across multiple programsReview test plans and identify potential gaps or risksCollaborate with engineering, quality, and program teams to ensure test completionSupport continuous improvement and quality initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplineExperience supporting product validation, testing, or quality engineering activitiesStrong data analysis skills using statistical toolsExperience with documentation and reporting processesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsLean Six Sigma (LSS) knowledge or certificationDFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) experienceExperience using statistical analysis tools such as: MinitabJMPExperience working in a product development or manufacturing environmentExperience using project or issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Work EnvironmentHybrid work schedule with required onsite collaboration daysCross-functional engineering and quality team environmentFocus on product validation, testing accuracy, and process improvementStandard business hours scheduleThanks & RegardsArchit SharmaSenior Associate - Recruitment - EST609-353-5246archit.sharma@420 Lexington Ave, 30th FL.
