LHH is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Order Processing Associate for a direct hire position in Gastonia, NC! This position provides bilingual customer support while managing order transactions from intake through completion. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and timely fulfillment, serving both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday.Responsibilities: Handle customer orders from receipt through invoicing, ensuring accuracy at each stepCommunicate with customers in both English and Spanish via phone and emailRespond to inquiries related to order status, availability, pricing, and documentationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm inventory, resolve issues, and support delivery timelinesMaintain accurate customer and order records in internal systemsLog customer concerns and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolutionSupport process improvements and assist with training new team members when neededQualifications: 3+ years of experience in customer service or account supportBachelor's degree in business, communications, supply chain, or related field(or equivalent education and experience)Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsExperience using ERP, CRM, or order management platformsConfident working independently while collaborating cross-functionallyProficiency with Microsoft Office tools
