This role is responsible for overseeing the movement of goods from origin to destination in a timely and cost-effective manner, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track shipments from origin to final deliveryEnsure shipments arrive on time and proactively communicate any delays or challengesMaintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendorsNegotiate with suppliers and service providers as neededProvide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelinesManage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionallyIdentify problems quickly and provide effective solutionsMultitask efficiently"”handling calls, emails, and internal communication simultaneouslyCommunicate promptly and effectively with the internal team.Job Type: Full-timeWeekends and nights occasionally.
