Job Title: SourcerOnsite 5 days a week. Austin, TX preferred.Duration: 05-04-2026 - 11-06-2026Requirements5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with 2+ years supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, or related technical roles.Proven experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, or related silicon engineering functions.Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive semiconductor markets.Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.Strong understanding of semiconductor talent landscapes and key competitors.Proven ability to influence and "sell" opportunities to highly experienced technical talent.Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment
