Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong UI/UX design capabilities.This role will focus on translating Blueprint-level functional capabilities into detailed UI/UX wireframes and interaction designs, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define a modern, intuitive, and scalable user experience .Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Requirements & WireframingLead the creation of detailed wireframes, screen flows, and interaction models for the PRISM applicationTranslate functional features, workflows, and business rules into intuitive UI/UX designsDevelop low- and mid-fidelity wireframes progressing toward high-fidelity designs where appropriateEnsure alignment between user experience, business workflows, and system capabilitiesBusiness & Workflow CollaborationPartner directly with Revenue Management, Inventory Planning, and Operations teams to refine workflowsFacilitate working sessions to validate:Inventory management flowsPlanning and forecasting interactionsScheduling and automation workflowsCapture detailed user journeys, personas, and use casesDesign Translation from BlueprintTake existing Blueprint artifacts (200+ user stories, feature definitions, SDD) and evolve them into:Screen-level designsInteraction patternsUI component behaviorsEnsure traceability from features ? workflows ? wireframes ? user storiesUI Standards & Design System AlignmentAlign designs with Marriott DTT UI/UX standards and enterprise design systemsDefine reusable UI patterns and component libraries for scalabilityEnsure consistency across modules (Inventory, Planning, Scheduling, Dashboard, etc.)Collaboration with Architecture & EngineeringWork closely with:Solution ArchitectsIntegration teamsFront-end developersEnsure wireframes reflect:API-driven interactionsReal-time data flows (ACRS integration)Role-based access and permissionsDocumentation & HandoffProduce clear design artifacts to support development:Annotated wireframesInteraction specificationsUX behavior documentationSupport backlog refinement and handoff to development teamsRequired Experience7-10+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or UX-focused BAProven experience delivering UI/UX wireframes for complex enterprise applicationsStrong experience with:Workflow-driven applications (not just static UI)Data-heavy systems (tables, grids, dashboards)Experience working in Agile / SDLC environmentsUI/UX Skills (Critical)Hands-on experience with tools such as:Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarAbility to design:Complex data grids and planning interfacesDashboard-driven applicationsRole-based user experiencesStrong understanding of:UX best practicesInteraction designUsability and accessibilityTechnical & Domain Understanding (Preferred)Experience with:API-driven applicationsMicroservices-based architecturesReal-time systemsFamiliarity with:Inventory, reservation, or revenue management systems (hospitality is a plus)Ability to understand and translate:Data modelsIntegration points (ACRS, EDW, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work with both business and technical teamsComfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirementsStrong communication and storytelling abilityWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-quality, detailed wireframes covering all core workflowsStrong alignment between business expectations and system designReduced ambiguity for development teams entering Detailed DesignEstablishment of a scalable UI/UX foundation aligned to DTT
