ToolMaker (Mold & Tooling / CNC) - Dayton, OHMoser Engineering Services, Inc.Moser Engineering Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Toolmaker to support precision tooling, mold components, and fixture work.This is a hands-on toolroom role "” not a production or desk-only programming position.Key Responsibilities· Build, repair, and modify molds, fixtures, and precision tooling· Operate toolroom equipment (Grinder, Wire EDM)· Set up and run CNC mills (3-axis machining, NX CAM preferred)· Program parts to support tooling and mold work· Fit, assemble, and troubleshoot tooling· Read engineering drawings and GD&T· Perform in-process inspection· Troubleshoot machining and tooling issuesQualifications· 5+ years toolmaking or mold making experience· Hands-on toolroom equipment experience· CNC programming experience (NX preferred)· 3-axis CNC setup and operation· Strong GD&T knowledgePreferred Experience· Wire EDM experience· Fixture design experienceRequirements· Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliant)· Background check and drug screening requiredBenefits· Medical, dental, and vision insurance· Paid time off and holidays
