The chance to make a difference in our clients' success and in the global economyAbout the RoleAs an Asset Management Specialist in Equipment Remarketing & Logistics - official title End-of-Lease (EOL) Specialist - you'll play a key role in supporting the Portfolio and Asset Management Team by managing the administrative details that keep our end-of-lease operations running smoothly from tracking inventory to coordinating the remarketing of assets. This role directly supports our commitment to sustainability by facilitating the responsible remarketing of equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & InventoryIssue transport orders and process return material authorizations (RMAs) in coordination with the Operations team.Track equipment returns and inventory status, ensuring data accuracy across systems.Coordinate with logistics partners on shipping, delivery, and customer service inquiries. Verify transportation costs and review invoices to ensure billing accuracy.Monitor locked devices, resolve issues with customers and sales teams, and manage related invoicing.Remarketing SupportOnboard new buyers, including account setup, tax documentation, and CRM entry. Manage contact lists and communications for remarketing partners.Prepare proforma and final invoices, coordinate payments, and reconcile with Finance.Coordinate order fulfillment "” pick, pack, and shipping "” for sold equipment.Track and resolve returns, complaints, and issues related to remarketing sales.Reporting & ForecastingGenerate regular reports on inventory, sustainability, and portfolio performance.Support quarterly portfolio summaries and return forecasts by asset category.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth EOL and remarketing processes.Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.Documentation & AdministrationReview Master Lease Agreements (MLAs) and supporting documents for details impacting Asset Management and EOL activities.Maintain accurate records across internal systems (ELO, CRM) and digital files.Provide general administrative support across portfolio, logistics, and remarketing operations.QualificationsEducation & Experience3-5 years of experience in logistics, operations, asset management, or a related administrative roleExperience in equipment leasing, financing, or asset recovery industry is a plus!Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, and analysis). Able to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data.Comfortable working with databases, ERP systems, and CRM tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.Communication & OrganizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow processes and escalate issues appropriately.OtherAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in learning about asset lifecycle management, logistics, and remarketing processes.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000Variable Pay: Eligible for performance-based bonusBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; disability insurance; FSA; 401(k) with company Safe Harbor match; paid birthday, vacation, sick time, and holidays; company laptop and iPhone; and additional perksAbout CHG-MERIDIANThe CHG-MERIDIAN Group is a global leader in financing and managing sustainable technology solutions.
