Account Relationship Manager - New England TerritoryLocation: Remote (MA, RI, NH, ME, CT)Travel: Up to 75%Company: BloomNet, a division of , Inc.About the RoleBloomNet is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to support and grow our network of florists across the New England region. This is a field-based, territory role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, managing a large geographic territory, and delivering value-driven solutions to customers.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to your clients"”helping florists maximize their business through BloomNet's products, services, and programs while driving long-term customer success and revenue growth.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with florists across MA, RI, NH, ME, and CTConduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to drive engagement and educate customers on BloomNet offeringsManage the full sales cycleprospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closingIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer retentionExecute structured follow-up strategies to drive adoption and conversionsStay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activityUse Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activity, and report on performancePartner cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teamsRepresent BloomNet at industry events, trade shows, and in-market visitsWhat We're Looking For2-3+ years of experience in outside sales, territory sales, or account managementProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsComfortable working independently in a travel-heavy, field-based role (up to 75%)Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBilingual (Spanish) is a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhy Join UsCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to represent a trusted, industry-leading brandCollaborative, supportive team environmentCareer growth within the , Inc. family of brandsCompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
