About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives across logistics, distribution, and operations. This role sits within the EPMO and is responsible for delivering both system and non-system transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.You will partner with Strategy, IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations leaders to shape initiatives, assess feasibility, prioritize investments, and ensure disciplined execution across the supply chain portfolio.You'll Make a Difference ByLeading multiple, complex programs across supply chain, IT, and operationsManaging full lifecycle delivery across system implementations and business transformation initiativesPartnering with stakeholders to define scope, assess feasibility, and support prioritization decisionsDriving alignment across cross-functional teams and managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offsEnsuring delivery of measurable business outcomes (cost, service, efficiency)Developing and managing program/project plans, timelines, resources, and budgetsProviding clear, concise updates and decision-ready insights to senior leadershipSupporting change management, ensuring adoption and sustained impact post-implementationManaging external vendors and partners as neededAssisting with other responsibilities based on business needsAbout You10+ years of project management experience, including cross-functional supply chain initiatives5+ years of program management experience managing multiple, interdependent initiativesStrong understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain operationsExperience leading both technology (systems) and business/process transformation initiativesProven ability to manage stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organizationStrong analytical skills, including experience with business cases, ROI, and performance metricsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadershipExperience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence)Preferred QualificationsPMP or equivalent certificationExperience in supply chain transformation or large-scale operational programsFamiliarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environmentsAbout AriatAriat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year.The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting.
