This is not your typical Executive Assistant role....We're partnering with a highly respected, values-driven philanthropic foundation with a strong presence in Jewish communal life and grantmaking. The Founder is a visionary leader, deeply engaged in both strategic philanthropy and community impact, and is seeking a true right hand.If you're a top-tier executive administrative professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-trust environments... who anticipates needs before they're spoken... who can toggle seamlessly between logistics and strategy... this may be your role!What You'll Actually DoYou'll work directly with the President/Chairman of the Board and collaborate closely with a small group of dynamic, next-generation trustees. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where no two days look the same.Own complex calendar management across personal, professional, and philanthropic priorities Orchestrate high-level meetings, travel, and events with precision and discretion Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, prioritizing what matters most Support board and trustee engagement efforts behind the scenesManage discretionary giving to various organizations and coordinate these grants as determined by trusteesCoordinate marketing and communications logistics, and help plan and execute high-touch events and convenings - from intimate gatherings to larger foundation initiativesKeep the engine running smoothly: follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks What Makes This DifferentYou'll be embedded in meaningful philanthropic work, with exposure to influential leaders, ideas, and initiatives shaping the Jewish community and beyond.
