INDUSTRY: Event Rentals, Luxury Site Services, & LogisticsLOCATION: Fort Worth AreaCONTEXT: Our client is seeking an Account Executive - Events / Inside Sales professional to grow and manage client relationships for their restroom and luxury event rental services. This role requires a balance of account growth and high-level coordination to ensure successful event execution from start to finish.RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect new customers and convert competitor accounts to expand market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling services within current accounts.Represent the company at bridal shows, event expos, and trade shows, including booth setup, client engagement, and post-event follow-up.Lead the full sales process from initial contact through contract execution, presenting tailored rental solutions and pricing.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, service, and pickup for all projects.Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of sales experience (3+ years of inside/outside sales preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a comfort for face-to-face event environments.Experience in rentals, events, construction services, or logistics is a significant plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously and a comfort level with regional travel.Self-motivated, highly organized, and solutions-oriented with a focus on delivering a premium client experience.
