Civil Clothing Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who brings bold creative vision, strong technical execution, and a deep understanding of streetwear culture to support our growing Darc Sport division. In this role, you will shape graphics across owned apparel categories and create high-quality digital assets that support marketing and e-commerce initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners, helping projects stay on track and pushing concepts from concept to execution under fast deadlines. We're looking for someone with strong project instincts, a sharp eye for compelling visuals and the hunger to keep improving. Your work will directly influence how the Civil brand shows up across product, visuals, and digital storytelling.What You'll DoEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreative Concepting & Graphic DevelopmentPartner closely with the Creative Director to develop innovative, original concepts that embody the Civil brand identityTranslate brand philosophy, aesthetic standards, and cultural cues into compelling graphics, artwork, and collectionsResearch trends, techniques, materials, and visual directions relevant to Civil's customer and infuse them into design conceptsProduct & Design CollaborationCollaborate with the apparel design team to ensure cohesive, seasonally aligned assortments across categoriesParticipate in weekly design critiques, working with the team to prepare designs for presentation. Produce and manage line sheets for owned categories, cross-check accuracy in collaboration with the design team prior to handoffsCreate detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design assets for factory partnersDevelopment & Production SupportPrepare tech packs, manage sample requests, support PLM updates, and communicate clearly with factories throughout developmentReview samples and communicate feedback, changes, or approvals to ensure product accuracy and timely executionPartner cross-functionally to maintain design integrity as styles move through the product lifecycleExecution & DeliveryMeet all deliverables, deadlines, and calendar milestones aligned with brand, business, and production timelinesSupport digital content needs for e-commerce, campaigns, and marketing assets as requestedCulture & CollaborationContribute to a creative, respectful, and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and welcomed.Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across design, product, production, and marketing to support seamless execution and alignment.Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency, consistently producing high-quality work that reflects Civil's brand standards and aesthetic.Approach feedback with openness and adaptability, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and shared creative growth.What You BringKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTechnical SkillsMastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong CAD and technical sketching abilitiesUnderstanding of screen-printing processes, separations, and graphic production workflowsExperience creating licensed graphics a plusCreative & Professional SkillsStrong design eye, layout instincts, and a meticulous attention to detailExceptional ability to multitask in a fast-paced, shifting environmentOutstanding follow-up skills via email, phone, and other communication channelsExcellent time management and the ability to independently manage multiple projectsCollaboration & Culture FitStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindsetComfortable navigating change and adapting designs to evolving consumer needs·Eager to grow, experiment, and take on new creative challengesEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience in apparel, streetwear, or a related creative fieldExperience in Action Sports, Streetwear, or Men's & Women's Apparel preferred.Physical & Mental DemandsThis role is primarily office-based with regular use of standard office equipment.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and move throughout office, showroom, or production environments as needed.Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move materials or product weighing up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied environments, including exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, and occasional outdoor elements.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.Capacity to maintain focus, sound judgment, and professional communication while navigating time-sensitive issues.This role may require flexibility in work hours during peak production periods.Why You'll Love Working at CivilAt Civil Clothing we foster a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ownership is valued, ideas are welcomed, and execution matters.
