Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a global, fast-paced organization. This is a contract opportunity requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.This individual will act as a key partner to leadership, helping drive alignment, manage schedules, and support day-to-day operations across multiple time zones. Occasional flexibility outside standard business hours may be needed due to global collaboration.What You'll Be Doing:• Manage complex, high-volume calendars with shifting priorities and global stakeholders• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and real-time adjustments• Prepare leaders for meetings through briefing materials, agenda planning, and follow-ups• Draft, edit, and manage executive-level communications, presentations, and reports• Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders• Support leadership meetings, operational reviews, and track action items to completion• Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic budget tracking• Maintain and organize confidential documents and project materials• Partner cross-functionally with teams and other administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations• Provide additional support on ad hoc projects and enterprise initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking For:•5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced or global environment• Strong calendar management and coordination experience across multiple time zones• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)• Excellent communication skills with experience supporting executive-level audiences• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
