Media Buyer (Onsite - Costa Mesa, CA)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite Only)About the RoleWe're looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team full-time, onsite. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on data, attribution, and scaling profitable growth.You'll play a key role in driving revenue through paid acquisition while leveraging advanced analytics tools like Northbeam and Triple Whale to make informed decisions.RequirementsProven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist (DTC/eCommerce preferred)Hands-on experience with Northbeam and Triple Whale is REQUIREDStrong understanding of paid social and paid search platformsData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret attribution modelsExperience scaling ad accounts with significant monthly spendStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
