This role focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day line performance, addressing issues as they arise, and contributing to overall process efficiency.This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working directly on the production floor, solving problems in real time, and collaborating with both local teams and overseas engineering groups, particularly in Taiwan.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring and supporting daily manufacturing operations to ensure consistent production outputDiagnose and resolve issues encountered on the production line to reduce disruptionsContribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, product quality, and throughputPartner with Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to address and resolve operational concernsSupport the creation and revision of process documentation and work instructions (SOPs)Participate in new product builds and production ramp-up activities (NPI)Coordinate with engineering teams in Taiwan to maintain alignment and facilitate effective communicationBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related disciplineUp to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments (entry-level candidates welcome)Exposure to assembly processes, SMT, or electronics manufacturing is a plusFluency in both Mandarin and English is requiredComfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production settingStrong analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environmentDesired Skills & TraitsStrong attention to detail with a focus on process improvementEffective communicator with the ability to work across teamsSelf-starter who takes initiative and adapts well in a fast-moving environment
