SITE MARKETING MANAGERLocation: Portland / Hybrid 3-4 days in officeEvelyn & Bobbie is revolutionizing an industry. Now eleven years old, Evelyn & Bobbie is experiencing rapid growth, and we are expanding our team of career-minded professionals who strive to impact society in meaningful ways through our products and our message.We have an invitation waiting for a Site Marketing Manager who sees the website as both a brand canvas and a growth engine. This role shapes how our brand shows up online and how customers understand and move through the product. The ideal candidate has strong taste, sharp attention to detail, and moves easily between strategy and execution. In this role, you will be successful if you build a clear, cohesive, and high-performing site that drives conversion and strengthens the brand.Responsibilities:Own the on-site experience across homepage, PDPs, collections, and key customer journeysTranslate brand and product strategy into clear, compelling on-site storytellingShape how the brand shows up through language, structure, and merchandising decisionsOwn site updates end to end"”from concept through executionLead the on-site rollout of new products, colors, and initiatives, ensuring launches feel cohesive and intentionalManage evergreen programs and product sets, guiding customers clearly into the lineUse data and customer insights to refine product positioning and improve clarity, flow, and conversionIdentify opportunities for optimization and implement solutionsPartner with Brand, Creative, Product, and Growth to ensure alignment across teamsTest and iterate thoughtfully, balancing experimentation with long-term brand integrityTake on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-growing, nimble environmentQualifications:3-6 years of experience in DTC ecommerce, site marketing, or a closely related roleStrong brand instinct and understanding of how language, design, and structure work togetherAnalytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisionsAbility to own work end to end and execute with minimal oversightExcellent written communication skills and attention to detailStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with Shopify and common analytics or testing tools preferredExperience in apparel, intimates, or other fit-driven categories preferredBenefits:Competitive salaryResponsible Time Off ("RTO")10 paid holidays, annuallyGenerous PPO medical, vision, and dental insuranceUp to 3% match on retirement contributionsDiscounts on company productsAn opportunity to make your mark and develop a legacy
