Procurement Intern

We're looking for a Procurement Intern to join our summer cohort in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:Work with the managers of both the Direct and Indirect Procurement teamsCreate purchase ordersRespond to inquiries related to certificates of analysis and safety data sheetsPerform supplier set-upTrack and monitor purchase requisitionsAssist with related tasks as directedRequirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related fieldRecent graduates will be consideredBasic understanding or strong interest in procurement and supply chain processComfortable working with Excel (formulas, basic pivot tables, data organization)Able to handle administrative and transactional tasks with attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of SAP is helpful but not requiredPrior related internships preferredBasic understanding of direct and indirect purchasing processes useful
