Executive Assistant (EA)Company: LHHLocation: NE Minneapolis, MNSchedule: On-site with 1 remote day per week after 90 daysCompensation: $70,000-$80,000 base (hourly, non-exempt) + 10% annual bonusBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package availableOverviewLHH is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the Service & Industry vertical. This is a newly added role created to support a growing executive team in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, adaptable, and confident supporting demanding executives with high expectations.This role supports multiple senior leaders (up to 4) and requires someone who can stay two steps ahead, set boundaries when necessary, and thrive amid frequent changes and shifting priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents and senior leadersComplex calendar management, including scheduling across time zones and prioritizing competing requestsCoordinate meetings, conferences, and large-scale events (200-400 attendees), including offsite events such as dinners and team outings (e.g., Topgolf)Handle travel arrangements and related logisticsProcess and manage expense reports for assigned executivesAct as a central point of contact for executives, internal partners, and external stakeholdersMaintain detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups within CRM and cloud-based systemsManage ad hoc administrative projects supporting the Service & Industry groupAnticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are metAdapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, client-facing environmentService & Industry GroupThis is a collaborative, high-performing group with a strong EA community (approximately 10 EAs across the division), offering shared best practices and peer support.Qualifications & ExperiencePrior Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative experience supporting VP-level or higherProven ability to support multiple executives simultaneouslyExperience in professional services, financial services, banking, or similar fast-paced environments strongly preferredStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsComfortable working with CRM systems and cloud-based toolsAssertive, confident communication style with the ability to manage upHighly adaptable and able to remain calm and effective amid frequent changeStrong attention to detail and follow-throughWork Environment & PerksHourly, non-exempt role with paid overtime as applicableFlexible culture "” some EAs work overtime while others maintain a standard 40-hour weekRemote flexibility: 1 day per week after 90 daysOption for half-day Fridays when workload allowsRespectful, collaborative team culturePre-tax commuter benefit option (~$130/month), allowing employees to offset commuting costs efficientlyBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
