This is an opportunity to join a growing aerospace and defense organization where you'll own high-visibility programs end to end, partner directly with customers, and have real accountability for financial and operational outcomes.Who you are:2+ years of program or project management experience within the aerospace or defense industryBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (or 8+ years of progressive aerospace leadership experience in lieu of a degree)Strong understanding of technical execution, financial management, and customer-driven program deliveryComfortable owning P&L responsibility and leading cross-functional teamsWhat you'll do:Lead the full lifecycle of aerospace and defense programs from kickoff through deliveryDevelop and manage program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and riskOwn financial performance, including P&L accountability and ROI analysisServe as the primary customer interface while partnering with Business Development to grow new and existing programsWhat does this position pay?Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.The expected range for this role is $110,000-$150,000 per year.
