Warehouse Lead - Event Infrastructure OperationsFuntastic Rentals Inc. | Vacaville, CAOn-Site | Full-Time | $25-$35/hour + Performance IncentivesCompany OverviewFuntastic Rentals Inc. is an event infrastructure provider delivering tents, staging, flooring, lighting, LED video walls, and power systems for corporate events, festivals, and government projects across Northern California.We operate in a deadline-driven environment where execution accuracy and timing are critical.Role SummaryThe Warehouse Lead owns execution readiness for all outbound jobs.This role is responsible for controlling warehouse operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring every job leaves the warehouse complete, accurate, and on schedule.You are expected to run operations, not assist them.What You Will Be Responsible ForOperations & LeadershipLead warehouse crew, drivers, and daily workflowRun daily production and dispatch meetingsEnforce performance standards and accountabilityMaintain control of deadlines, priorities, and outputLogistics & ExecutionOversee pull sheets, staging, and load verificationEnsure accuracy across tents, staging, flooring, and AV equipmentManage preparation for multi-day and large-scale eventsStep into field installs when requiredInventory & SystemsMaintain accurate inventory in Goodshuffle ProTrack equipment condition, repairs, and lifecyclePrevent loss, damage, and missing items through controlled processesMaintain structured staging zones and warehouse organizationSafety & ComplianceEnforce OSHA-compliant warehouse operationsEnsure proper loading, rigging, and weight distributionOversee forklift use and material handlingMaintain a clean and controlled facilityRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations1+ year leading a team or managing workflowProven ability to manage crews and meet deadlinesStrong operational discipline and organizationValid driver's licenseAbility to operate or learn forklift equipmentPreferred (Gives You an Edge)Event rental or production experienceGoodshuffle Pro or similar system experienceCDL licenseExperience supporting large-scale or multi-day projectsCompensation$25-$35/hour based on experiencePerformance incentives tied to:On-time job readinessLoad accuracy and error reductionInventory controlLabor efficiencyWork EnvironmentOn-site in Vacaville, CAFast-paced, deadline-driven operationsWeekend and extended hours are required during peak seasonCoordination with sales, operations, and field crewsGrowth PathAdvancement to Operations ManagerControl over warehouse, fleet, and logistics systemsInvolvement in large-scale corporate and government projectsRequirements to ApplyMust be able to commute to Vacaville, CAMust have leadership experience managing crews or operationsPosition StandardThis role is for individuals who take ownership, maintain control under pressure, and execute without supervision.If you require constant direction, this role will not be a fit.
