This firm has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality projects across retail, restaurant, and hospitality sectors, and is actively expanding into new markets including healthcare, industrial, office, and other commercial segments.With approximately $100M in annual revenue and a stable, repeat client base, the company offers both the resources of an established builder and the agility of a growth-oriented organization.Position OverviewThe Senior Estimator will play a critical role in preconstruction, leading estimating efforts across a diverse portfolio of projects. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership, project management, and clients to develop competitive, accurate, and strategic bids.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of the estimating process from conceptual budgeting through hard bids and negotiated workAnalyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimatesSolicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bidsDevelop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendorsPartner with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffsProvide value engineering recommendations and cost-saving strategiesParticipate in client meetings and presentations as neededMentor junior estimating staff and contribute to process improvementsQualifications8+ years of estimating experience within commercial constructionStrong experience across retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality projects; exposure to healthcare, industrial, or office projects is a plusProven ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salary ($160K - $200K)Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)Stable pipeline of repeat business with long-standing clientsOpportunity to help expand into new and diverse market sectorsCollaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership support
