This role provides an exceptional framework to grow your career as a Recruiter or an Account Executive.What to Expect:Manage in-house full-cycle recruiting for our office locations in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and MiamiConsult with executives, hiring managers, and the human resources team on position descriptions, open roles, and sourcing strategiesResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingContinuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates and the company brandRecruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidatesArrange pre-employment background and reference screeningPlace and update all job postings in various media, including internet sites, colleges, social networks, etc. Communicate regularly with employees to promote referral programsHR database onboarding management Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurateConduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting effortsParticipate and implement employee engagement activitiesConduct employee surveys and report data metrics to improve processes Work closely with Marketing on employee and company eventsPosition may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hoursPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedWho We Are Seeking:2+ years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interview experienceDemonstrate knowledge of various recruiting techniques and experience in online/social recruitingProven ability to communicate and effectively "sell" an organization's mission and valuesPossess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures, and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and ATS systemsStrong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels in the companySelf-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organization skillsStrong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityCreative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problemsBachelor's PreferredHRIS experience, a plusYour Career should feel like your greatest accomplishment and hobby!We offer an incredible collaborative work culture, an outstanding compensation and benefits package, and tremendous career growth potential.If you are passionate about people and growing a career, we want to hear from you!Please submit your resume in Word or PDF for immediate consideration.Join Our Team!
