The program offers a hybrid work schedule: three (3) days in the office and two (2) days remote.Join a Team Built on Excellence and Professionalism!If you're searching for a company that offers:Competitive compensationComprehensive benefitsUpward mobilityA culture rooted in values, integrity, and customer service.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Effectively manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated Bodily Injury claims by keeping abreast of any/all changes /documentation from initial evaluation to final disposition.Consistently communicate with claimants, attorneys, insureds, medical professionals, or witnesses, to compile information regarding accidents and resulting claim information.Unfailingly maintain claim reviews on a monthly basis consistent with the requirements of Claims' Best Practices.Persistently return all phone calls/contact inquiries to maintain high levels of customer service.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of Bodily Injury claims adjusting experience.Must have a valid Florida All Lines Adjusters License - 520/620.Full understanding of Bodily Injury claims investigations and claims processing.Knowledge of the mechanics of Bodily Injury, medical terminology, and settlement negotiations.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Experienced in problem-solving and organizational skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental /VisionGapShort Term / Long Term DisabilityCancer / Accident Insurance PlanHospital Indemnity InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) Retirement
