Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction/NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Habitability, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Toxic Tort, MVA, Employment, Municipal.You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).Option to work 4 days remote, 1 day a week/month onsite in their East Midtown NYC office.
