We have a publicly traded Biotech company in Redwood City seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator (Recruiting Ops Coordinator).This role would be 6+ months in length and offer a lot of room for growth!Ideal candidate has the following skills:Open to a 6+ month Contract (possible contract to hire) opportunityOpen to being onsite at least 3-4 days a week in their Redwood City officeExperience using GreenhouseAdvanced experience in TA reportingOpen to a pay rate of $40-$45/hrWe're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Coordinator to help power an efficient, high-performing recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving workflows, and supporting teams behind the scenes to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.What You'll DoSupport day-to-day recruiting operations, including job requisition creation and posting, offer generation and delivery, and pre-hire audits to ensure onboarding readinessIdentify opportunities to improve processes and develop clear, scalable documentation (SOPs, guides, and workflows)Assist with TA projects and initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and supporting executionMaintain data integrity across systems (e.g., Greenhouse) through regular audits and basic reportingPartner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring experienceSupport training and enablement efforts for hiring managers and interview teamsWhat You Bring1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail, especially in data entry, auditing, and process executionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvementExperience supporting projects, coordinating tasks, or driving process enhancementsComfort working with data, including running reports and performing quality checksProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or other spreadsheet toolsNice to HaveExperience supporting offer processes, onboarding coordination, or pre-hire auditsExposure to recruiting metrics or reportingExperience creating training materials or supporting team enablementInterest in Talent Acquisition operations within biotech or life sciences
