This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning the final phase of complex builds"”ensuring systems are fully operational, validated, and ready for deployment.What You'll DoLead end-to-end commissioning activities for data center projects from design review through system validationServe as the primary point of contact for all commissioning-related efforts across electrical, mechanical, and controls systemsConduct equipment walkdowns and verify installation quality and functionalityCoordinate closely with construction teams, controls engineers, and third-party contractorsDevelop and manage commissioning schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to leadershipIdentify and resolve technical issues across MEP systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliabilityEnsure all commissioning activities meet quality standards and project requirementsWhat We're Looking For5-6+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, construction, or commissioningProven experience commissioning data center infrastructureStrong knowledge of MEP systems (electrical distribution, HVAC/cooling, etc.)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationExperience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience with building controls / BMS systemsBackground working with major data center contractors or hyperscale environmentsWhy This RoleHigh-impact position owning a critical phase of data center deliveryWork alongside top-tier engineering and construction teamsOpportunity to contribute to large-scale, high-visibility infrastructure projectsFast-paced environment with strong ownership and growth potential
