This stable company offers a small-office environment that values collaboration, long-term employee tenure, and strong customer relationships.Job Description:The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while providing white glove customer service and order management. This role blends account management with proactive upselling and is well-suited for a motivated insides sales/account management professional who enjoys relationship-building. This position is fully onsite in Wheeling and offers travel to two trade shows per year.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and emailIdentify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunitiesDevelop strong relationships to expand existing accounts and uncover new businessEducate customers on product offerings, customization options, and pricingPrepare quotes and proposals and actively follow up to secure ordersCoordinate order specifications, designs, and timelines with internal teamsMaintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel-based toolsCollaborate with a close-knit sales team to meet and exceed sales goalsQualifications:Minimum 2 years of inside sales, account management, or upselling experience Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new sales opportunitiesStrong communication. listening and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a small-office, team-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, including ExcelExperience with CRMAdditional Details:Direct hire opportunitySchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Fully onsite, business casual environmentExtended hours may be required during peak season (July 1-October 15)Onsite product training provided
