Senior Project Manager - Transmission & Distribution (Data Center Projects)We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex utility infrastructure projects, with a focus on supporting large-scale data center developments across the Western U.S. This is a travel-intensive role (75%+).Key Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and ownership of project outcomes across multiple or highly complex projectsManage full project lifecycle including preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeoutLead project safety initiatives, promoting a strong, incident-free culture across all teamsOversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control to ensure profitability and performanceManage subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and contract executionCoordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful project deliveryLead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levelsIdentify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycleSupport and contribute to preconstruction efforts including estimating, bid development, and planningAdditional Responsibilities:Drive execution of large-scale T&D and substation-related infrastructure projectsLead and mentor project teams while ensuring alignment with business objectivesNegotiate change orders, manage financial performance, and support overall business planningBuild and maintain strong client relationships and support business development effortsRequirements:7-10+ years of project management experience within high-voltage transmission & distribution or utility constructionStrong background in managing complex infrastructure or EPC-style projectsProven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and delivering projects profitablyExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
