You'll drive NOI growth, build strategy, mentor a team, and operate as a true business partner to operations leadership. The portfolio is established, the platform is growing, and leadership wants someone who thinks like an owner.What you'll own:Multi-year business planning and performance execution across a large portfolioNOI growth strategies "” rent, ancillary income, expense control, capex prioritizationKPI-driven partnership with Property Management and Operations leadershipLoan maturity, debt analysis, real estate tax valuations and appealsDue diligence and post-closing execution on acquisitionsMentoring and developing Asset Managers and AnalystsWhat we're looking for:5-10+ years of experience, majority in real estate and/or asset managementBachelor's in real estate, finance, economics, or related fieldA natural leader who can synthesize fast and communicate clearlySomeone who operates with integrity and thrives in a collaborative environment
