Department: Wealth Management / Advisor SupportPosition SummaryThe Wealth Management Support plays a key role in supporting early success of new financial advisors by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of investment paperwork and business processes. The role focuses on guiding new hires through essential systems, workflows, and compliance-related tasks to help them establish their business efficiently and confidently.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisor Onboarding & TrainingSupport onboarding of new advisors in close partnership with our Wealth Management TeamDeliver and support generalWealth Management TrainingParticipate in live or virtual training sessions as needed to support advisor developmentProvide training, guidance, and ongoing support on firm software and toolsOngoing Business Processing Support MMLIS (Broker/Dealer) investment new business processingAnnuity new business (proprietary and non-proprietary) processingNIGO (Not In Good Order) resolutionSupport DocuSign workflows and troubleshootingConduct order reviews and address deficienciesAnswer advisor questions related to money movement, including: Transfer oversight and issue resolutionTrack and support product training requirements to ensure complianceRequired QualificationsDetail Oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to explain complex systems and processes clearly to advisorsComfortable working cross-functionally with sales, training, and compliance teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsCollege Degree, preferably in business, finance or economicsOperations experience with Business ProcessingTraining or facilitation experience (in-person or virtual)Key CompetenciesAdvisor-focused service mindsetDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughAdaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills
