Why Work Here?Join the 'City Team' and work for a growing company that makes its core values, culture, and customers its top priority."Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based commission + Company-Wide bonus programBenefits OfferedMedical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) 4% Company Match, Life, Flexible Time Off, Company VehicleLocation: Saint Louis/Northeast United StatesYour Opportunity to Grow with UsCity Rent A Truck and its brother company, City Truck Equipment are fast-growing companies dedicated to supporting our customers with the best in vocational work truck rentals and upfitting solutions.We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to support the continued growth of both brands within a defined region in the Northeastern U.S. This is a newly created role designed for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and executing strategic regional growth plans.This position blends business development, account management, regional strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer service and measurable results.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the core values of both City Rent A Truck and City Truck Equipment in all interactionsProspect new business for both rental and upfitting servicesMaintain and grow an existing book of businessDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectivesIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accountsPartner cross-functionally with departments to ensure customer commitments are metRepresent both brands at trade shows, customer visits, and industry networking eventsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on targeted regional campaignsStay informed on competitive activity and trends within the truck rental and vocational upfitting industriesSupport national account relationships in coordination with other sales team membersTravel to customer sites as neededPerform related administrative tasksQualifications4+ years of B2B sales experience-PreferredExperience in truck rental, equipment rental, fleet services, or vocational upfitting -PreferredProven track record of prospecting and closing new businessStrong negotiation skills and technical aptitudeExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeValid Driver's License with clean driving recordAbility to lift 25 lbs., conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and stand for extended periodsMust pass background check and drug screeningBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredSchedule & TravelFull-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required based on workload and project timelines.Overnight and same-day travel is expected and includes trade shows, customer visits, and prospecting.
