The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and tracking purchase orders, sourcing and procuring materials, maintaining vendor relationships, and analyzing procurement data to ensure efficiency. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project timelines and cost objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.QualificationsProficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and ProcurementExperience in creating, managing, and tracking Purchase OrdersStrong Analytical Skills for assessing procurement data and making informed decisionsExcellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilitiesMust Be Bilingual and speak both English and Spanish.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain vendor relationsProficiency in relevant software and technology used in purchasing and procurementPrevious experience in millwork or manufacturing industries is a plus
