The position involves managing engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring technical feasibility, and meeting project deadlines. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing project plans, overseeing engineering designs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Project Engineer will maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment of project goals.QualificationsFluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese and English Strong foundation in Project Engineering and Project PlanningProven experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and ability to apply technical expertise to practical projectsExcellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholdersAbility to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)Experience with industry software and tools is a plusAnalytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detailPassion for innovation and continuous professional developmentOpen to sponsorship for international students
