The Lead Intermodal Dispatcher will oversee and optimize daily operations, manage driver schedules, coordinate intermodal drayage activities, and actively resolve logistical challenges to ensure on-time delivery. The individual will collaborate closely with drivers, customers, and terminal staff, ensuring communication and operational efficiency. In addition, the role involves monitoring compliance with company policies, enhancing workflow processes, and maintaining a customer-centric focus.QualificationsProven experience in logistics, transportation, and intermodal drayage operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and teamsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectivelyTechnical proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other relevant logistics softwareLeadership and team management experience, with a focus on operational efficiency and collaborationKnowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements is a plusAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dallas, TX
