Head of Digital Growth MarketingLos Angeles, CAFull-TimeOur client, a womenswear clothing brand, is seeking a Head of Digital Growth Marketing to lead performance-driven customer acquisition and retention across all digital channels. This role will own the brand's growth strategy end-to-end, with a focus on scaling revenue, optimizing spend, and building a high-performing digital ecosystem.This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue and brand growth.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to build, test, and scale in a fast-paced environment.Compensation is competitive and reflective of experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead all digital growth channels, including paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging platformsDrive customer acquisition and retention strategy, with clear ownership of CAC, LTV, and ROASOversee paid media strategy and execution, managing budgets and agency or in-house teamsPartner closely with creative to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterate quicklyLead CRM and lifecycle marketing across email and SMSAnalyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns and funnel conversionIdentify new growth opportunities across channels, partnerships, and platformsQualifications7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, ideally within fashion, beauty, or consumer brandsProven track record of scaling revenue through paid and owned channelsDeep understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platformsStrong analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and attributionExperience managing budgets and leading teams or external partnersAbility to balance data-driven decision making with strong creative instincts
