Job description:Pay starts at up to $20/hr plus commission for training. You will have the option to upgrade to an uncapped commission plan. Our candidate loves fashion and styling a complete look.The Ideal Salesperson is passionate about fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrive in a sales environment.Sales Associate - Job DutiesPromptly welcome all customers with sincerity and enthusiasmProvide a positive customer experience by being confident, intuitive, and directSuggestive selling through styling and product knowledgeConsistently build and develop customer baseGet to know your customers and their styleUse the appropriate levels of urgency to ensure time based tasks are completed by deadlines, and adapt to changes required by the businessAdditional RequirementsExperience in a luxury retail environment with a minimum of 2 years experience.Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends including holidays.Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule.Works well with peers and management to accomplish goals.Some heavy lifting required.
