Responsibilities include setting up and running printing jobs according to customer specifications, conducting quality inspections during production, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance. The operator will collaborate with team members, oversee pre-press activities, and ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and project deadlines.QualificationsExperience in Machine Operation and Printing, specifically in flexographic and digital press environmentsStrong skills in Quality Control with a focus on ensuring adherence to customer and industry standardsProficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with printing equipmentKnowledge of Pre-press processes and the ability to prepare files and materials for productionDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team and independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plusPrevious experience in a similar role within the printing industry is highly advantageous
