Direct Hire | $105K-$125KWe're hiring a hands-on Gravel & Sand Plant Manager / Mine Site Leader to take full ownership of a large-scale reservoir sediment removal and aggregate production operation that has evolved into a regulated mining siteThis is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, field-based environments and knows how to bring structure, accountability, and performance to active mining operations.What You'll DoLead all site operations: dredging, excavation, processing, hauling, and logisticsManage and coordinate multi-crew field teams (~20+ personnel)Establish clear leadership, accountability, and execution disciplineAlign operations with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirementsImprove equipment reliability and production consistencyPartner with engineers, contractors, and vendors to drive resultsTurn a reactive operation into a structured, high-performing siteWhat We're Looking ForPlant Manager experience in sand & gravel / aggregate operations (required)5+ years in mining, aggregates, or heavy material handling leadership rolesStrong knowledge of crushing, screening, dewatering, and site operationsExperience in permitted, compliance-driven environmentsProven ability to lead teams and execute in fast-paced, field conditionsHands-on leader who can bring order to complex or evolving operationsWhy This Role MattersThis operation is restoring and expanding critical water storage capacity while producing marketable aggregate materials.
