KYDA Partners are currently supporting a leading medical device manufacturer in the search for a Precision Machine Parts Polisher / Technician to join their high-spec manufacturing team.Precision Machine Parts Polisher (Medical Devices)This role is focused on finishing and polishing high-precision machined components to exacting standards within a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Polish and finish precision-machined components to tight tolerancesWork with a variety of materials to achieve required surface finishesInspect parts to ensure quality and compliance with specificationsSupport continuous improvement in finishing processesMaintain high standards of cleanliness and documentation in line with regulated manufacturingRequirements:Experience polishing or finishing precision componentsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work to tight tolerances and surface finish requirementsExperience using hand tools, polishing equipment, and inspection toolsComfortable working in a high-spec or regulated manufacturing environmentPreferred:Medical device or aerospace backgroundExperience working with complex or small componentsFamiliarity with quality standards such as ISO environmentsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing, high-precision manufacturing environment working on critical components.If this could be of interest, feel free to reach out directly or apply below.
