We want to talk to you!!The KS Team is one of the most successful real estate teams in the country. We have helped over 5000 families buy and sell real estate while the average agent only sells 3-5 homes a year. Want to know the secret to our massive success? Our Phone Sales & Customer Relationship Managers!! They nurture relationships and book buyer consultations and listing presentations for our agents. They keep our CRM (customer relationship management software) clean and organized. They are the client's first impression and how they engage with clients determines if the client is open to interview our team or not. This position makes or breaks agents' success and has been the heartbeat of our team's success since we were founded in 2010! We have a database FULL of opportunities (over 190,000) for you to call and a proven process on exactly how to follow up with new leads to ensure you are successful!!This is a full time hybrid position, including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift. (Lots of real estate leads on the weekends!) The role includes a salary, bonuses and big bonuses based on your results! Driven people love this role because the income is unlimited and you can work as hard as you want to and make as much money as you want. You can also have a set schedule, which is very different from the schedule for a real estate agent. This role involves partnering with the agent to provide leadership valuable feedback, engaging in door knocking and circle prospecting to build relationships, delivering expired and canceled packets, assisting with targeted direct mail, off-market property acquisition and listing sales strategic support. It is important to be resilient and be able to recover quickly from someone being upset that you called when they were having a bad day.
