Project Support Coordinator (Field / Site-Based)Advanced Aquarium Technologies Houston, TX (Travel Required - Project Sites Nationwide)About the RoleWe are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support the field execution of our specialized aquarium construction projects across the U.S.This is a site-based, hands-on role suited to someone with construction experience who is comfortable working in the field, coordinating crews, and keeping complex installations moving.Based out of Houston, you will travel to project sites and remain onsite for the duration of each project. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and installation teams to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.What You'll DoSite Coordination & ExecutionSupport and coordinate daily site activities and installation worksAssist with sequencing of trades and ensure work progresses to scheduleAct as a key on-site link between crews, subcontractors, and project leadershipHelp keep the job moving by identifying and resolving issues earlyConstruction & Installation SupportCoordinate installation of acrylic panels, FRP tanks, waterproofing systems, and life support systems (LSS)Review drawings and site conditions to ensure work is buildable and aligned with design intentAssist with troubleshooting and coordinating technical challenges on-siteCrew, Materials & LogisticsHelp coordinate labor, materials, and equipment deliveriesWork closely with subcontractors and specialist installers on a daily basisTrack progress and maintain accurate site records and documentationSafety & CompliancePromote and maintain a strong safety culture on-siteSupport toolbox talks and daily safety coordinationIdentify and escalate risks before they impact the jobReporting & Project SupportMaintain daily and weekly reports, including photos and progress updatesProvide clear updates to the Senior Project ManagerAssist with general site logistics, coordination, and project closeoutWhat We're Looking For3-8 years of construction, installation, or field coordination experienceComfortable working on-site full-time and traveling for projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and site operationsHands-on mindset "” willing to be in the field, not behind a deskOrganized, proactive, and able to keep multiple moving parts alignedStrong communication skills with crews and subcontractorsExperience with specialty construction, marine, industrial, or similar work is a plusCompensationCompetitive compensation with performance-based growth opportunities.Equal Opportunity StatementAdvanced Aquarium Technologies is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.How To Apply:Candidates are invited to apply via LinkedIn.
