We're looking for a high-performing CDL-A Driver Recruiter who can consistently bring in qualified drivers and keep our trucks moving. If you know how to source, screen, and close drivers in a competitive market "” we want to talk.About the RoleAs a Driver Recruiter at DMN Transport, you will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle from first contact to start date. You'll work directly with our Recruiting Manager and Safety Department to ensure all trucks stay seated with safe, qualified, and reliable drivers.ResponsibilitiesDriver Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementSource leads through job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound callsRespond to driver applications immediately Maintain a strong and steady pipeline of qualified CDL-A driversConduct initial phone screens and qualify drivers based on company criteriaDriver Screening & VerificationVerify work history, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, DAC reportsCoordinate orientation, onboarding, and start datesCommunicate expectations clearly (home time, pay, equipment, lanes)Ensure accuracy of all driver documents and application filesOnboarding & CoordinationWork closely with Safety and Fleet teams on current openingsSet up orientation schedulesPrep drivers on what to expect their first weekFollow up with new hires to improve retention during the first 30 daysReporting & MetricsTrack daily recruiting activityMaintain CRM/applicant tracking systemProvide weekly hiring numbers, lead quality feedback, and pipeline statusRequirements1-3 years experience recruiting CDL-A drivers (OTR preferred)Strong closing and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage high call volumeKnowledge of DOT hiring requirements (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, Safety policies)Reliable, organized, and confident with driversWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + monthly performance bonusesStable, long-term position with growth opportunitiesSupportive work environmentFull benefits (health, PTO, paid holidays)Growing fleet with new equipment arriving regularlyHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume to: damon@
