Minimum 2 years of inventory experience in the produce industry? Bilingual English / Spanish required? Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting? Experience with FIFO, lot tracking, and product rotation? Ability to manage inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Strong leadership and communication skills? Proficient with Excel and inventory management systems? Reliable transportation and punctual attendance??
