Senior Project Manager/EstimatorConcrete & Masonry Contractor | Minneapolis-St. Paul MetroPosition SummaryA well-established, concrete and masonry contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to bid, manage, and deliver self-perform concrete and masonry scopes. This position offers full project ownership"”from estimating through closeout"”along with direct client responsibility and a clear path to long-term growth.The role is approximately a 50/50 split between estimating and project management and is primarily office-based, with occasional jobsite meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimatingPrepare accurate bids for concrete and/or masonry scopesPrice self-perform work on hard-bid and negotiated projectsCollaborate with BIM/modeling support and field leadership during preconstructionParticipate in pre-bid and scope review meetingsSupport both existing clients and new business opportunitiesProject ManagementManage awarded projects from kickoff through completionMaintain budgets, schedules, job cost tracking, and forecastingCoordinate closely with superintendents and field crewsProcess change orders and manage financial performanceServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsClient & Business DevelopmentMaintain a list of assigned customersBuild and sustain long-term client relationshipsParticipate in client meetings and relationship development activitiesWork alongside an in-house business development team sourcing new workProject & Team EnvironmentLocal Twin Cities projects (minimal travel)Mix of commercial, industrial, and select public workFocus on structural concrete, slabs, and masonry scopesUnion labor environmentProject management team of approximately 10 PMsDedicated support from 5 in-house BIM/modelersCollaborative office culture with strong operational supportQualificationsExperience estimating and/or managing concrete or masonry projectsAbility to bid work and run projects independentlyStrong communication and client-facing skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (dependent on experience)Annual performance bonus tied to profit and revenue generatedVehicle allowanceFull medical benefits401(k) with up to 4% employer matchProfit-sharing programCompany-provided cell phone
