Overview:We're a privately held Claims Management Company looking for a Dispatch & Vendor Operations Specialist to support daily dispatch, vendor management, and service coordination. This role helps keep jobs on track, vendors accountable, and communication flowing across teams.You'll play a key role in keeping assignments on track, vendors compliant and responsive, and service levels consistently met in a fast-paced environment. This position blends operations coordination, administrative support, and customer service responsibilities, requiring strong organization, follow-through, and timely service delivery.What You'll Be Doing:Manage vendor relationships, including performance tracking, feedback, and complianceCoordinate vendor onboarding (W9s, COIs, agreements) and ensure readiness for assignmentsHelp fill coverage gaps and ensure vendors meet training, licensing, and system requirementsMonitor daily dispatch queues to ensure all jobs are processed and completed on timeSupport internal teams with administrative tasks during high-volume periodsCollaborate with Operations, QC, Billing, Dispatch, Technical, and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth workflowsAssist with scheduling, documentation, billing, and internal coordinationMaintain office organization, supplies, and administrative systemsHandle additional administrative, vendor documentation, billing, and coordination tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:Strong organization and multitasking skillsComfortable handling phone, email, chat, and text communicationAble to manage follow-ups, coordination, and basic issue resolutionExperience in dispatch, operations support, vendor management, or customer service is a plus
