This role uniquely blends therapeutic presence, research rigor, and program development within a highly regulated clinical research environment.What You'll DoFacilitate preparatory, dosing, and post-dosing integration sessions in alignment with study protocolsEnsure participant safety, data integrity, and adherence to GCP/GDP standardsProvide oversight of facilitator staffing, training, mock sessions, and ongoing performance evaluationWork closely with investigators, study coordinators, raters, regulatory teams, and sponsorsSupport program growth, sponsor engagement, recruitment efforts, and select public-facing initiativesWho You ArePsychiatric NP or PAHighly experienced in working with altered states of consciousness, including preparation and integrationPrior psychiatric clinical research experience preferredPsychedelic dosing session experience strongly desired ?
