This role is ideal for someone who is highly punctual, organized, and customer-service oriented This role plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Job LocationOffice location for this position is Oldcastle IPG's headquarters in Atlanta, GAJob ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception:Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and vendorsAnswer the door and ensure proper check-in proceduresProvide a warm, professional first impression of the companyAssist with general inquiries and direct guests appropriatelyDaily Office Operations:Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully stockedReplenish supplies including coffee items, napkins, cups, mugs, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.Restock printersIdentify and report facility issues such as lighting problems, stains, or damaged furnitureReset furniture and tidy common areasCatering & Meeting Support:Assist with catering for meetings and leadership eventsSupport setup and cleanup of catered meetingsTrack and submit catering-related expensesConference Room Readiness:Restock conference rooms with necessary suppliesMaintain cleanliness and organizationAssist with ordering conference room suppliesEvent Support:Support in-office events by ordering supplies and participating in offsite shoppingAssist with event-related expense trackingEmployee Support:Respond to day-to-day employee requests including lunch coordination, shipping needs, and general office supportProvide friendly, timely assistance to ensure a positive employee experienceSupply & Inventory Management:Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and sundriesMonitor stock levels and proactively reorder as neededMail & Package Handling:Distribute incoming mail and packagesShip items via UPS upon requestManage incoming UPS/FedEx deliveriesJob Requirements2+ years of experience as a receptionist - performing similar dutiesExceptional punctuality and reliabilityStrong multitasking and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilities (in person and by phone)Professional demeanor and appearanceAbility to remain calm and efficient in a busy environmentBasic computer proficiency and comfort with office systemsWillingness to learn and take on additional administrative responsibilitiesSitting for extended periods of time.Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.Must pass background check and drug testing.The position may require work outside of normal business hours in response to critical incidents or business-impacting project deliverables.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
