This role is on-site and requires some travel. You will serve on the Renjoy Leadership team. Experience:5+ years leading multi-site operations in hospitality, property management, or a service-intensive industry. Vacation rental, hotel operations, or property management experience strongly preferred.Leadership:Proven track record building and retaining teams of 20+ people, including managing managers. Strong written and verbal skills. You give direct, honest feedback and hold people accountable without burning trust.Technical Proficiency:Comfortable building workflows, implementing task management systems, and using AI as a daily force multiplier. You use data to make decisions. You can build or describe automations to drive quality and efficiency.CompensationBase Salary: $90,000 - $110,000Performance BonusUp to 15% of base salary, directly tied to resultsFlexible Paid Time Off
